A scaling strategy for a social enterprise to survive a crisis

A pulp-able crisis.

Sustainable notebook company, B corp and social enterprise Paper on the Rocks was immediately and heavily impacted by the Covid-19 crisis. The team needed to come together, get a new strategy and build on their purpose to engage customers.

Re-writing strategy.

Covid-19 caused a unique crisis for the business that needed a unique solution. Bringing the team together to create a new strategy suitable for a dynamic and tough market for a B2B company included a hybrid workshop, deep dive interviews and an execution plan for the team to activate.

Winning business.

As a result of the strategic pivot, within two weeks Paper on the Rocks went to market with a new value proposition and campaign, resulting in 50% of their 3-month sales target. The team worked together to create a strategy that was ambitious, but achievable.
